What a strange trip it’s been!

To say the 2020 Killington real estate market has had its ups and downs might qualify as the understatement of the year.

Real estate sales were deemed “non-essential” and shut down by the Governor of Vermont on March 25th. The VT real estate market remained off limits until June 15th. After the “order” was lifted, it took about a week to catch on and then, it seems the flood gates opened. Third quarter sales were the highest since 2004. Although YTD market revenue was down about 20% compared to last year, there were almost NO sales for three months and 2019 was a record breaking year! Even with the 3-month period of no activity, 2020 revenue exceeds 2018 revenue for the same period by 42%.
