We ♥ Killington and the Surrounding Areas
In case you had not noticed it yet, we love this part of Vermont, and especially the town of Killington.
This is our home, this is the place where we work, and it is the place where we entertain our family and friends.
So if you are looking for a nice ski, hike, or bike trail, or a place to put down your canoe, we can help you with that. If you want to find picturesque places to shoot photography or just enjoy the views, we can guide you. If you require recommendations for restaurants, spas, or professional services like property management services or legal advice, we know almost everyone in town by first name.

The big story for Q1 2018 is that the Killington real estate inventory was 25% lower than this time last year, and is at its lowest level since 2005. Condo inventory alone is down over 40% since the same time last year. Inventory of homes is down 15%.
Although low inventory has not translated into rising prices for the condo market as of yet, it should have that effect in the near future.
Local Inventory Q1 2018
The big story for Q2 2018 is once again low inventory.
The number of Killington sales have increased 9% compared to last year, and market revenue is up 17%. The average sale price of homes is up 16% and condo sale prices are up 3% compared to this time last year. Many condo complexes have no properties for sale.

Most real estate companies will have a list of local businesses for you to contact if you need them. We believe in curating those business listings for you and only recommend those that we can stand behind.
We therefore call them partners.
The Killington area has a lot to offer: including activities such as skiing, hiking, biking, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, riding ATVs, canoeing, and more. We have ponds, lakes, rivers and streams, farms, mountain vistas, and of course the woods. You will find distilleries, breweries, and great places to eat. And if history is your thing, we are less than 20 min away from President Coolidge's birth and burial place, and less than a 1/2 hour away from the March-Billings-Rockefeller National Historic Park, the only National Park in Vermont.
What People Have to Say
We had a terrific experience working with Heidi. She is consummate professional and literally braved through a snow storm to help us find the perfect place. Terrific agent who knows her stuff and great attitude to boot!
Had a great experience working with Heidi and Tom for many years now! Love their quarterly reports letters...
I contacted Heidi Bomengen of Prestige Real Estate when my husband and I began looking for an investment property in Killington. I am a realtor licensed in a different state so I knew we'd need the assistance of a local professional. She is extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Every bit of the process from looking at properties to closing was smooth and easy thanks to Heidi. I highly recommend contacting her for all your real estate needs in the Killington area.
