Killington Lodging

Visitors of the Birch Ridge Inn will pass through a slate covered carriage way as they enter the grounds of this Vermont country inn located at Butler Road in Killington, Vermont. The Summit Lodge & Resort is situated high on a knoll, just minutes from the slopes of Killington and Pico.  The Summit Lodge is built for comfort, with two restaurants on premise, two lounges, two swimming pools (one heated for year 'round use), a large hot tub, and clay tennis courts.  The lodge's decor of antiques, hand hewn beams, barnboard, and fieldstone fireplaces all combine to provide a warm and friendly ambiance.

The Mountain Inn, nestled at the base of Killington Resort, offers several room types to best suit their guests' needs. The Mountain Inn offers romantic fireplace rooms, balcony rooms with dramatic Killington mountain views, or adjoining family rooms for more space and comfort.  The in house restaurant, Santa Fe Steakhouse, provides a great dining option for guests and Killington visitors alike.

The Cascades Lodge is a quality rated hotel located at the base of Killington Mountain.  The Lodge consists of 45 immaculately clean rooms and suites, all with a spectacular mountain view.  Guest Amenities include an indoor heated swimming pool, sundeck, whirlpool-sauna, an award wining restaurant and a friendly cocktail lounge.

The majority of Pico's on-site lodging is within walking distance of a slope or lift! No loading the car, no shuttle buses -- just suit up and walk to the slopes.  Guest Accommodations range in size from studios to three-bedroom units with loft. All include fully-equipped kitchens, cable TV and VCRs. A fireplace is standard in most units and all offer either a washer/dryer or central laundry. All guests of Pico Resort Hotel & Condominiums have free use of the adjacent Pico Sports Center during their stay!

Butternut is located off of the Killington Access Road.  Guests can find clean and modest rooms for a good value at this Inn. Facilities include a lounge area with fireplace, whirlpool spa, heated indoor pool, and a restaurant with full bar and darts.

The Mountain Sports Inn, located right on the Killington Access Road, offers a great value in accommodations just a couple of miles away from the lifts.  Guests can enjoy a clean and spacious comfortable room and a relaxed homelike atmosphere at an affordable price.  After a day of hiking or skiing, guest can get to know each other in the cozy BYOB common area with big screen TV and wood stove fireplace or relax in the indoor hot tub and sauna.

This classic Vermont inn, bed and breakfast with Irish pub has been serving skiers, hikers, and people who love the mountains since 1938.  The inn is located on route 4, a quarter mile up the road from Killington's Pico base lodge.  Guests can relax by the fire in the inn's living room, soothe tired muscles in an old style redwood hot tub, and then head up the split log stairs to the cozy guest rooms.

The Killington Ski Club offers programs for all ages, and for a wide range of abilities that are supported by well-trained and dedicated coaches and instructors.

You don't have to put your workout schedule on hold just because you're on vacation.  Pico Sports Center offers daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal memberships where you can utilize the center's 75-foot indoor heated lap pool, hot tub, saunas, cardiovascular equipment, strength training machines, free weights, and dance/aerobics/yoga studio.

Experience the exhilaration of cross country skiing across 58 kilometers of groomed trails in the heart of Vermont's Green Mountains.

Experience the excitement & adventure of snowmobiling with a daily snowmobile tour or rental.  Snowmobile Vermont offers a range of riding for beginners to the most advanced riders.  All rider's are supplied with high-tech Polaris snowmobiles, helmets, and boots. 

Generously carved out of the Green Mountains, the course offers solitude and a private golf experience that will challenge players of all abilities.

The Spa at The Woods is a true European Spa and Health Club nestled in the hills of Killington, Vermont.  Relax in the Spa's 75 foot pool, sauna, and steam room or schedule one of their rejuvenating spa services such as a massage, body wrap, facial, manicure, or pedicure.

Killington Dining

The Lookout features a casual faire menu with soups, salads, burgers, sandwiches and entrees!  Before or after your meal, you can enjoy a drink in the large bar area, catch a game on the flat screen tv's, or try your hand at the arcade games, darts, and pool table located in the restaurant's game room. 

The Grist Mill Restaurant specializes in hearty New England fare at affordable prices.  They offer a wide selection of steaks, seafood, poultry, pasta and children's items.  The Grist Mill is open year round for lunch, brunch, dinner, and breakfast during the winter. 

Here you can find the area's most diverse collection of Asian Cuisine.  Sushi Yoshi offers Chinese cuisine, Sushi, and their ever famous Hibachi style Japanese tables.  The restaurant offers a full service bar as well as a dining area with wonderful Asian ambiance.

Menu offerings include rotisserie chicken, lamb and pork, as well as sandwiches, homemade pastas, steaks, fish, and seafood.

The Outback serves pizzas baked in a wood fired stone oven at temps of 1000 degrees.  This family friendly restaurant turns into a nightclub on the weekends after 10 p.m. where patrons can enjoy live music bands and entertainment.

Hemingway's regularly rates as one of America's finest restaurants.  It has received rave reviews by magazines from Food & Wine to Esquire.  Patrons come here to enjoy a culinary experience, dining either in their romantic stone-walled wine cellar or their regal vaulted room.   

The Wobbly Barn, voted among the top ten ski bars by skiing magazine, is the place for "Good Time Dining and High Altitude Entertainment."  The restaurant features a steak and seafood menu and their famous soup, salad, and bread bar.  After a great meal, patrons can enjoy the entertainment in their upstairs nightclub. 

Pizza Jerks serves New York Style Pizza to the town of Killington.  The Pizza Jerks pride themselves by using only the freshest and finest ingredients.  Stop in to Pizza Jerks to eat in, take out, or take n' bake some pizza. 

McGrath's Irish Pub at the Inn at Long Trail in Killington is the area's first and foremost Irish pub.  Run like a true family pub in Ireland, everybody is welcome, Grand kids to Grandparents.  A delicious pub menu is served daily.  The pub boasts three dart boards and a large screen TV for sports.  Live Irish music is held on state every weekend when open.   

Longtrail Brewing Company, located in Bridgewater, VT, is home to Vermont's #1 selling craft brew.  The Trailhead Pub, open daily, offers an array of delicious menu options to choose from.  And of course, several of the recipes incorporate Long Trail beers!  Before or after a meal, patrons can take a self-guided tour of the brewery.
